SKILL WORKERS

The candidate must have at least one year of work experience, in an occupation with code 0 A or B of the National Occupational Classification (NOC). These occupations are clerical, intermediate positions, or specialized labor. The candidate must have a minimum level of 7 in English or French, among other requirements, and meet the minimum required in the points system. They must also be selected by the Permanent Residence processing system, Express Entry.
