HUMANITARIAN & COMPASSIONATE CASES

People who do not qualify for any immigration program who are living in exceptional circumstances have the option of submitting an application for permanent residence under the Humanitarian and Compassion program. The immigration officer will determine if there are special circumstances that warrant that the person remain in Canada and be granted Permanent Residence.
