CANADIAN EXPERIENCE CLASS

Foreign nationals who have worked in Canada for a period of 1 year, in a job under classification 0, A or B of the (NOC) in the last 3 years, may apply for permanent residence in Canada if they meet the occupation and level requirements of English or French.
 
Students who have completed programs in Canada and who have worked in Canada for at least 1 year later could obtain permanent residence if they meet the occupation and language requirements required for the Canadian Experience program and if they are selected through the electronic system Express Entry.
